How to Measure

BUST
Measure the bust line at the fullest part of your chest. Pull the tape as tight as you can without changing the shape of your breasts. While you are being measured, your arms should be at your side and relaxed.

WAIST
Wrap the measuring tape around your torso, at the smallest part of your waist. Typically this is a few cm's or so above your belly button and is also known as the natural waistline.

HIP
Measure with the tape around the fullest part of the bottom and lower hips. Typically 20cm from your waistline.

Shipping

• Orders placed with Jane Daniels will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
• Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
• A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
• Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once your order has been dispatched.
• NZ delivery -Flat fee $15.00. Spend over $500 shipping is free. 1-5 working day delivery (includes tracking and insurance)
• Australia delivery - Flat fee NZD30.00, spend over NZD500.00 shipping is free.  5-10 working day delivery (includes tracking and insurance)

Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Jane Daniels takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.

Returns 

• At Jane Daniels we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you please contact us before returning the item(s).
• Email us at shop@janedaniels.co.nz before the garment is sent back.
• When sending returns back, please return to the provided address in a waterproof bag via tracked courier.
• Please note Shipping Fees are not refunded.
• Refunds are only available on full priced items.
• Sale Items only exchange or store credit is available - no refunds.
• Flash Sales- Using Discount codes on full price items only are eligible for a refund or store credit.  No refunds will be given for sale items using a discount code- store credit or exchange only.
• In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include the reason for returning, your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require a refund, exchange or credit.
• All full priced & Sale item returns must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. The item(s) must be returned unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. Otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
• We have the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
• Australia returns - You must notify us before returning your items to ensure the correct returning procedure is followed - please email us at shop@janedaniels.co.nz .
•  Any incurred customs fees if the returns procedure is not followed correctly will be at the customers expense.
