Delivery & Returns
- Orders placed with Jane Daniels will be processed within standard working hours Monday to Friday. Any orders received outside of these times will be processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are an approximate guide only.
- A physical address where a delivery can be signed for between 9am and 5pm needs to be provided when placing an order. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
- Postage and handling charges include a tracking number and insurance. You will be emailed these details once your order has been dispatched.
- NZ delivery - Free 1-5 working day delivery (includes tracking and insurance)
- Australia delivery - please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Rest of the world - please contact us directly at email@example.com
- Please note that any local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Jane Daniels takes no responsibility for any delay in the processing of your purchase should local taxes or duties be applied.
- At Jane Daniels we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you please contact us before returning the item(s). When sending returns back, please return to the provided address in a waterproof bag via tracked courier. In order to process your return as quickly as possible, please include the reason for returning, your name, email address and invoice number with the goods and let us know if you require a refund, exchange or credit.
- All returns must be made within 7 working days of the invoice date with a copy of the original invoice. The item(s) must be returned unworn and unwashed with all the original tags attached. Otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense.
- Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
We have the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements.
