Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We refund any full priced items that meet our "Returns" criteria. Sale items can be returned for a store/online credit or an exchange.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

We try our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, images and colour representation for all of our garments, however, please be aware that images may display differently on different screens. Please feel free to contact us if you require a colour swatch or have further questions about the details of a particular garment.

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, and AfterPay. Jane Daniels gift vouchers purchased in store and online can be used as a form of payment.


All payments are securely processed through a third party payment gateway. No credit card information is stored by Jane Daniels Ltd.


NZ Standard delivery usually takes around 2-4 business days.
